Some People Just Don't Get It
When will people realize that you just can’t steal another’s work and stamp your name on it?
Anyone who’s ever had a piece of work ripped will appreciate this post by Mike Rundle: Ylunch.com and High5Advertising Are Thieves.
Update: Here’s another post with more information from Brady J. Frey: high5advertising & yLunch borrow Stopdesign’s… design?

Thanks for pointing out that post on your website Brady. It's amazing how far people will toe the line, even when they know very well that they're in the wrong.

You're welcome (love the strong contrast of this site btw).
I think we were all overly shocked they would go so far as to deny there's a comparison -- even from a PR perspective, that's never a successful way to cover your tracks.

Thanks Brady, I wish I could take credit for the design, but it is a Wordpress theme made by Kyle Neath. The site will have a new design before long (one of my own). I just need to find the time to finish it off.
The conversation that ensued between the group of you made them look extremely amateurish. If they were smart, they would have apologized, removed the design and continued on. People would have forgot about it in a matter of days. Continuing on with a charade like this only tarnished their reputation further. I can't imagine why they thought this was a good idea.

Gray text on a black background make your site almost completely unreadable.

Read Me: Text has been lightened up a bit, hope that makes the site easier to read.
I realize that this color scheme may not be the best for reading large amounts of content, but as the main post on the front page reads, I'm working on a new design and this theme, Hemingway, is temporary until the new design is complete.
